In the past, I used two other websites and marketing agencies for my Career Coaching business. These companies were engaged to design my website and establish an online marketing strategy to help me establish my brand and authority in the career coaching industry. I had engaged these companies for over a four-year period and it resulted in a disastrous experience. I stayed for three years with one company and one year with the second company, always hoping things would turn around – at least that’s what they told me…"it takes time"…"we can’t push things." When challenged, they found every excuse to explain away the fact that they did not deliver the outcomes they were contracted to deliver. They made promises they couldn’t deliver on. In the end, I ended up cancelling my contracts with them because I was unable to pay their monthly exorbitant fees. I wasted tens of thousands of dollars on an exercise that resulted in no return on investment. I ended up with a broken website and was skeptical about any website designers and online marketing companies.

My previous two experiences were empathically understood by Dance Monkey Design staff. They used a soft approach, allowing me to explore their site, meet their team, and attend some virtual meetings where I experienced first-hand their clients’ experience and their philosophy. I was confident that I had finally found a team that was focused on the needs and outcomes of their clients. Dance Monkey Design doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach; they spent time to understand my business and researched the market to make sure the service provided is tailored to help me achieve my business goals. Upon engagement, they got to work on my website and realized it was much worse than anticipated – they had to rebuild it completely!  Aside from developing my content, the team also provided training on various marketing apps and tools as well as how to write good content. They are always available to answer questions and provide support.
